Radiography is being carried out strictly adhering to the rules and regulations of Atomic Energy Regulatory Board, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Mumbai. IRICO has proved its expertise in carrying out Radiography using Linear Accelerator, Cobalt 60 and Iridium 192 isotopes, having a team of technocrats qualified to the International Standards. We are proud to inform you that we have constructed our own RADIOGRAPHY ENCLOSURE approved by Competent Authority to operate 6 MeV Linear Accelerator, 100 Ci Cobalt-60, 100 Ci Iridium-192 Isotope. Castings weighing upto 20 Metric ton capacity can be handled with an electrically operated rope hoist. The following services are rendered.

IRICO has been approved by Chief Inspector of Boilers Tamilnadu for carrying out Non-Destructive testing under Indian Boiler Regulations, 1950 and other external Inspection Agencies like EIL, LRIS, etc. We have been approved by Competent Authority, Radiological Safety Division, Atomic Energy Regulatory Board to operate 100 Ci Cobalt 60 and 100 Ci Iridium 192 Isotope at our Coimbatore Lab and 100 Ci Cobalt 60/ 100 Ci Iridium 192 Isotope at our Chennai Lab. Our laboratories are equipped to handle castings weighing upto 20 Metric tons capacity.
